Scotland 3D Anaglyphs
We have visited Scotland a number of times in recent years and it has provided a rich canvas of photographic opportunities. In particular it has enabled me to practice my 3d photography on a variety of new subjects. This gallery contains images taken by me on our forays to the north.
The images are anaglyphs in the Red/Cyan format for which you will require red/cyan glasses to fully appreciate them.

Eillean Donan Castle is one of the classic views of Scotland. This 3d anaglyph view surprisingly shows that the loch the castle sits in is actually tidal. The castle was extensively restored during the twentieth century but the original building saw action during the Jacobite uprising.
