Anthony Gormley is a contemporary artist who is best known for his figure statue sculptures. Perhaps his most famous creation is the 'Angel of the North' alongside the 'Another Place' installation of figures on Crosby Beach near Liverpool. Two of these figures featured in the 2017 Folkestone Triennial art festival. One figure was placed within the arches of the Coronation Parade promenade adjacent to the sandy beach and this is the subject of the 3D studies shown here.
