The Road to Tintagel Castle. Tintagel is a fantastic location in Cornwall with superb coastal scenery. The town has very strong links with the King Arthur legends and much of this is centred around the castle. The castle ruins stand on an island amid spectacular scenery and is approached by this road. As you walk down the anticipation is great as you turn the slight corner and begin to see the ruins begin to appear up on the left.
